The REAL Mother Mary: Womb Priestess and Spiritual Master

Last month I dreamed of 4 books lined up together. It was clear they were a series. One of them - which had a purple with pink cover - was larger than the others. It was clearly calling my attention: Read Me!!

The next day I opened my mail and pulled out a very purple (with pink) book: “The Mystery Tradition of Miraculous Conception: Mary and the Lineage of Virgin Births” by Marguerite Rigoglioso.

I’d ordered it a week prior at the recommendation of a friend. But I hadn’t paid any attention to the cover art.

I didn’t know it was purple or that Marguerite had written 4 books on divine birth and holy virgin mother goddesses.

Why was this book talking to me in my dreams??

Now that I’ve read it - as well as Marguerite’s most recent purple with pink book “The Secret Life of Mother Mary” - I think I know the answer, or at least part of the answer. (These mysteries do have a way of unfolding over time.)

What our world needs now is role models of divine feminine power.

It’s also what I need personally. And Mother Mary is the ultimate.

I learned that Mary was a leader, a healer and a highly trained & skilled priestess who was an active force not only in conceiving Jesus but also teaching him and even participating in his resurrection. (The author pulled much of this info from scriptures which weren’t chosen for the official New Testament.)

This is such a contrast to the usual representation of Mother Mary with her eyes lowered. Now we can know her as a woman who is passionately looking ahead - into our eyes, acknowledging the womb power in every woman. It’s immensely empowering to connect with her as a loving, compassionate woman who deeply embodied her inner authority and leadership.

If you’d like to read these books yourself, you can find “Mystery Tradition” here and “Mother Mary” here. I’d love to hear what you think!
