Light Language
Light Language is an energetic frequency. It’s a spiritual technology and a transmission of light codes. It shifts energy so that healing can happen.
My first public Light Language transmission. I shared it as a declaration of who I am and for those who need some encouragement to express their gifts.
We all grew up doing our best to fit in.
After all, if we didn’t belong in our families - if they didn’t feed and shelter us - we could die. So, most of us are showing up in the world as a somewhat restricted, small version of ourselves.
This isn’t conscious. We follow an inner urge to behave in a way that’s acceptable to other people and ensure that we still belong.
Once you become aware of this, you get to decide if you’re ready to be true to yourself - and to the truth that dwells in your heart.
You have a choice: to walk
the path of belonging - or the path of truth
My truth is that I am a medicine woman. I’ve been through my own process of embracing this - having grown up in a loving home where I learned to be successful by traditional standards. Being a medicine woman doesn’t exactly fit the mold.
Several years go, I started expressing spontaneous mudras - sacred hand movements - while in plant medicine ceremony. Later, at a retreat, unusual sounds burst out of me. This happened during a process of healing a past life trauma when I was a pre-Hispanic Andean medicine woman. I feel like the sounds are hers - which means they are mine. They are the sounds of my soul.
With the encouragement of people I love and trust, I started to work with the hand movements and sounds as a stream of healing energy.
Many call this light language. I also like to call it language of the soul. Or sacred sounds.
Light Language is a spiritual technology.
It’s a vibration - a frequency that attunes you to your soul, to your higher self.

Light language is not actually a language. It contains light, sound, sacred geometry and cosmic information. It bypasses the language centers of the brain and speaks to you as a being of light. Because you can’t understand the words, you’re able to receive it better. When you hear these sounds, all you need to do is open to receive the vibrational frequency.
While the term “light language” is new, this is not a new phenomenon. The practice of sounding energetic frequencies is ancient and has been practiced by medicine people for a very long time.
More and more people around the world are starting to bring through their own sacred sounds. When expressed from an open heart, they support healing.
