In your transformation session, you’ll be held in a sacred space so that you access the wisdom of your body and your ancestral lineage. You’ll receive support to resolve whatever is causing you pain or discomfort so that you can channel your energy into what truly brings you alive.

You can bring any issue into your session. For example, a problem related to your relationships, health, finances, self expression, family, spirituality, work, sense of purpose, or sexuality.

You’ll receive a holistic mind-body-spirit approach to reclaiming all parts of yourself so that you feel empowered and safe to share your full self in the world. Modalities may include talk coaching, nervous system integration, family & ancestral healing, womb healing and activation, and light language healing with sacred sound frequencies.
