How Mayo Can Rewire Your Brain
How Mayo Can Rewire Your Brain
I made my own mayonnaise for the first time! It’s really easy, by the way.
I consider this to be a little victory. For me, mayo has always come in a jar. Now I make it myself. It’s a small step toward breaking out of the way it’s always been and embracing something new.
Like most people, I get stuck in a way of thinking about and doing things.
When you try new things – even small things, it helps you get unstuck. It opens you up to new ways of being and new experiences. It forces your brain to stop auto-piloting and teaches your nervous system that it’s safe to do things differently.
Over the next week, try to do things that you normally don’t do so that you open the door to new possibilities in your life.
🦷 Brush your teeth with the other hand.
🚙 Take a new route to the grocery store.
💵 Pay cash instead of credit card at the coffee shop.
☕️ And if you’re up for a stretch, buy a coffee for the person behind you in line.
These little changes can help you shift your perspective too.
Instead of “It’s hard for me to say no” you open up to prioritizing your own needs before everyone else’s.
Instead of “I want other people to accept me and like me” you tell yourself “I trust myself and feel strong in myself.”
You open up to shifting from “I never think about my womb” to “Wow! My womb is a portal to the creation energy of the Universe!!”
If you’re ready to get unstuck and awaken to the power of your womb, I’m now offering a 4-month one-on-one transformational program for women “From Suppression to Expression of Your Feminine Radiance.” If you’d like to talk about whether this program is a good fit for you, book a free call with me here.
Now back to mayonnaise. Here’s the recipe to make it at home.

¾ cup light olive oil, a large egg, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp ground black pepper.
Put all ingredients in a bowl. Blend with an immersion blender.
